»For me, the violin was the greatest discovery of my life and has remained to this day.«
For decades now, Anne-Sophie Mutter has been counted as one of the major violin virtuosos of our times! She made her debut aged 13 at the Lucerne Festival and one year later, she played at the Salzburg Whitsun Festival concerts, conducted by Herbert von Karajan. The violinist has won four Grammy awards and performs around the world in all major music centres. She holds the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany (First Class), the French Legion of Honour, the Bavarian Order of Merit, and the Grand Decoration of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria and she has been an honorary member of the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia since 2018. Anne-Sophie Mutter plays the »Lord Dunn-Raven« Stradivarius of 1710.
New date for the concert originally scheduled for 3 April 2020 and 11 January 2021. Tickets already purchased remain valid.
