Lucie Kim, a Czech émigré by way of Germany, is the Founder and Creative Director of the design and branding studio MyOrb in New York City. She is known for her dynamic visual style, which is characterized by elegant and expressive storytelling. Her intuitive skill of sensing the heart of a matter combined with a pure, elegant aesthetic is her inherent approach to creating powerful visuals and emotionally engaging work. Lucie holds a BFA from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and an MA from the Chelsea College of Arts in London. She is an Associate Professor at the Parsons School of Design and participates in lectures, discussion forums, and judging panels at various institutions, including the Art Directors Club, School of Visual Arts, and Pratt Institute. Her work has received international acclaim and is regularly featured in art and design publications.
