Minutemade Special in Hall E

One room. One week. 20 dancers. And every week, new choreographers take up the challenge of developing the next episode of the dance soap »Minutemade«. Running since 2013, this format has long since achieved cult status. On 1 July, it brings a »Minutemade Special« to Hall E of Gasteig HP8.

Experience dance up close

In Gasteig HP8, the internationally sought-after choreographer Ioannis Mandafounis will present one of his well-known »site-specific« formats, exploring new spaces and perspectives together with the audience and the ballet of the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz. Taking place at various locations in Gasteig HP8, the »Minutemade Special« will involve plenty of audience participation in a quest to experience and share the joy of movement first hand while questioning social structures in a dynamic world.
