Event with Michael Litschko
The physical exercises are practised both statically and with gently flowing movement. Aids such as yoga blocks, bands and blankets are sometimes used. Special breathing exercises (pranayama) and short periods of sitting in silence (meditation) also take place.
Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Please bring comfortable clothes.
