Conducted by Andrey Boreyko

The State Academic Symphony Orchestra of Russia »Evgeny Svetlanov« is one of Russia’s oldest and most distinguished symphony orchestras. Its name giver and longest serving music director Evgeny Svetlanov was one of the most important Russian conductors of all time. The orchestra has performed at the most prestigious venues in Russia and throughout the world. It has performed under the baton of such illustrious conductors as Otto Klemperer, Lorin Maazel, Igor Stravinsky, Kurt Sanderling, Leonard Slatkin and Kurt Masur. Among the soloists who have performed with the orchestra are Evgeny Kissin, Plácido Domingo, Jonas Kaufmann, Grigory Sokolov, Yehudi Menuhin, Mstislav Rostropovich, Anna Netrebko and Rudolf Buchbinder.

»With sublime feeling, Radulović and his ensemble conjure up the most delicate and vocal harmonic. His success can also be attributed to the fact that, for him, all music is a personal matter, as if it were composed just for him and his audience.« (»Spiel mit dem Feuer« SZ Feuilleton/Mauró 2/19)

»It was fire, fury and precision. Ensemble and soloist were buzzing with energy and concentration. The roaring applause increased to a hurricane after Nemanja Radulović’s fiery violin performance on the ›Paganiniana‹« (»Beifallsorkan« Eggebrecht/SZ 2/19)
