»Gasteig Culture Honey« Available to Buy from 19 April

You can now buy the honey from the Gasteig’s resident bees at the Babà deli in the Glass Hall.

The »Gasteig Culture Honey« from the beehives on the culture centre’s roof is once again available in two varieties: Our very own bee-keeper Karsten Kammerlander has produced a spring and a summer honey. The spring honey has a mild flavour, while the summer variety has a stronger note. The reason is that the summer honey, unlike its spring cousin, includes nectar gathered from the flowers of the lime tree. Whether you can taste the difference is down to your genes. Why not give them a try?

Each jar, of both spring and summer variety, costs € 6.50 and is available while stocks last. This year, the beehives have yielded nearly 300 jars.
