Couch Culture: Streams from the Gasteig

Couch Culture: Streams from the Gasteig Uli Neumann-Cosel

Dance, jazz, performance and the Spirit of Christmas – for all those who do not want to miss out on the pleasure of watching performances in the Advent season, the Gasteig will broadcast very different events.

In December, the Gasteig presented four major events: a dance project by Alfonso Fernández Sánchez as part of the »Gasteig Moves« series, Jazz & Universum in the »Jazz & Talk« series, with astronomer and cosmologist Josef M. Gaßner as special guest and the opening of the year-long »Türmer München« community art project.

As the Gasteig streamed all of these events on, nobody needed forgo any of them because of the pandemic.

Most of the events can be found on the Gasteig Vimeo channel – it's worth checking out regularily.

The Munich Philharmonic, too, will stream some of their concerts on The Munich City Library shows several readings and discussions in German language on its YouTube channel.
