This restaurant, run by the experienced Munich caterers Uli Springer and Marc Übelherr, focuses entirely on its guests. All dishes are prepared to order in the open kitchen. And: any specific wishes for flavouring can be requested directly from the cook at the food station.
With homemade ingredients and the individual final touch of your favourite dish, the »gast« offers a delicious diversity - at lunch time, in the afternoon and evening; all in a nice, urban atmosphere.
Choice of food and drinks
The menu at the »gast« includes classic dishes such as pasta pesto, pizza salami, asia wok chicken, salad with chicken or carpaccio. Innovative dishes such as pizza with smoked duck breast, thai asparagus rolled in parmesan cheese or pasta with smoked salmon marinated in lime juice can also be found on the menu. Two cooking stations and one pizza station allow you to pick your favourite dish. For guests who prefer the classical approach and wish to order from the menu, we have a special service area.
